I had a shock this morning when I found out that someone I know had died of cancer. We weren't close friends, but we chatted on Facebook. We'd become friends years ago when we were both part of a twitter conversation about older music fans. Even though we weren't close it's still a shock when someone your own age is no longer here.
It got me thinking about how we never know what's going to happen. We can make all the plans in the world but there's never 100% guarantee that those plans will be carried out. We always need to be prepared for something else to happen. And not always in a bad way. Sometimes it's something awesome that happens instead of what we were expecting.
So we should always be hopeful (remind me to come back and read this when I'm feeling like nothing good ever happens).
I have a tendency to be pessimistic, and sometimes that's with good reason. But it's not much fun going through life always expecting the worst to happen, so without further ado ....
So today's list...
1.My CD that arrived this morning with a free gift of 3 Korean tea bags :)
2.Coffee! I am always thankful for coffee!!
3.My ears. ( can't listen to music without them)
I'd like to share this poster with you from the charity I'm supporting

Every day( if I remember-if I don't, feel free to kick me...not too hard though because I'm a sensitive flower and it'll hurt), I'm going to write down 3 things I'm thankful for. And they're not going to be the obvious ones like my children etc. I'm going to choose tiny little things that may mean absolutely nothing to anyone else.

I wonder what these children are thankful for...probably not frivolous things like CD's and music.
Speaking of music, I said I'd share my 'get out of bed right now or else ' songs, so here they are
B.A.P-Bang x2 ( my children request this one on the way to school)

I actually have more but i've been told that 3 is a good number :)
I've taken 1,476 steps today so far which may sound like a small number. But there are days when I don't even do 100 because it hurts too much, so I'm happy with that number.
See you tomorrow :)
