Ready, set, go!!

The dreaded starting stats and photos. I'm really nervous about posting these, simply because I have so much weight to lose. I'm going to be doing a meal replacement diet called Exante. I've actually done it before and lost 46 KG but i gained it all back when I was pregnant.
There will be no more babies for me, so this time I want to lose it and keep it off!

So, I'll stop procrastinating and ....(takes a deep breath)
Start weight 150.3KG
Height 1.69m
Ideal weight 65KG

And because I want to post progress pics, I have to start with the horrible pics at the beginning of this journey.

To make it better here's a photo of the man who has inspired me to do this :)  (photo not mine, credit to owner)

Always expect the unexpected

I had a shock this morning when I found out that someone I know had died of cancer. We weren't close friends, but we chatted on Facebook. But it's not much fun going through life always expecting the worst to happen, s...

But I've managed to stick to my diet which makes me happy, because I'm an emotional/comfort eater. I'm generally quite a negative person when it comes to dieting, especially because it's going to take a long time to lose all my weight, but I read a quote recently that said this : And this is so true. The time will pass anyway, so I might as well just get on with things, not wait and moan and complain that it will take too long.  I'm going to share some songs with you that make me smile and feel happy every time I listen to them :) B.A.P-Baby   https://youtu.be/p4d2FgmhHrY ASTRO-Hide and Seek https://youtu.be/jT1zdCZnEww Super Junior-Swing   https://youtu.be/B5m3l65Lp0I Tomorrow I'll share my 'get me out of bed when I don't want to ...
